I am a passionate and meticulous designer with a strong background in UI/UX design, user research, and digital product development. With experience spanning banking, digital advertising, and travel, I thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets strategy.
Currently, as a Senior Principal Consultant at a highly regarded consulting firm, I help design and refine digital experiences that enhance user engagement. I’ve played a key role in projects like Nedbank’s Loyalty & Rewards and Family Banking platforms, focusing on crafting seamless, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals.
My approach is rooted in customer-centered design, Agile methodologies, and UX best practices. I specialise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI execution, using tools like Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite to bring ideas to life. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are both visually compelling and technically feasible.

Stokvel & Club Account Onboarding (08/2020 – 12/2020): Designed UI for Android and iOS, created interactive prototypes, and collaborated with business analysts and developers to align designs with business goals.

Family Banking (03/2021 – 08/2023): UX/UI design for the Family Banking MVP, improving user onboarding and member management. Conducted user testing and conceptual brainstorming for mobile and web platforms.

Loyalty & Rewards (08/2022 – 06/2024): Spearheading UI and pattern development for Nedbank’s Greenbacks 2.0 rewards program on the MoneyApp, refining UX screens, and optimising designs for iOS and Android.

Teller migration (06/2024 - 12/2024) fulfilled the role of senior UI designer building the entire components library needed to create a seamless staff facing interface for tellers in branch to perform their daily tasks.

Value added services (01/2025 - present) currently working on all design aspects of Nedbank's value added services including product design for airtime, bus tickets, utility management, lottery and license disc renewal flows. The main project I am working on end-to-end is Nedbank Connect which is Nedbank's MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Provider).
